Highlights:

The CT-S281L shares the same lightweight and robust design as Citizens other printers. This model features an integrated automatic cutter, is capable of full or partial cuts and has a long life thermal print head, rated for at least 50km. It has either a USB or Serial Interface, a print speed of 60mm/sec and is available in either black or white. Additional features include drop-in paper loading, expanded paper thickness range (0.06 to 0.1mm), and a paper out/near-end sensor. The CT-S281L also offers the flexibility to print receipts and 2D and QR bar codes on thermal paper, or label media up to 54mm wide.

The CT-S281L is great for many different types of applications such as, Receipts, Kitchen, Coupons, Delivery, Tickets, Labels, Banking, Daily reports, Medical equipment and Weight scales. It is also possible with special paper for printing of two-coloured receipts at 8 dots/mm (203 dpi). As it runs with 8.5 V power supply, an additional AC adaptor is not necessarily required, and it can be connected to existing systems or computers directly. It offers full ESC/POS compatibility, increased flexibility with integration into existing systems and comes with all drivers for Windows 2000/XP/Vista/2003 Server and CUPS.
