The Toshiba APLEX4 label applicator is a low cost, automatic label printing and application system. Designed to support all types of industrial  and manufacturing environments, it combines high performance and cost effectiveness, as well as adapting easily to existing production lines. This 'plug & play' solution can handle production levels of up to 30 labels per minute and is available in resolutions of 200, 300 and 600 dpi.

Description:

The module for the Toshiba EX Series industrial printers enables in-line operation with thermal transfer and direct thermal media. The piston on the APLEX4 is self-calibration and maintenance free with sealed guides and the Inlet and Outlet air regulation features particle micro filters. To simplify the installation setting, the applicator comes standard with everything you need to operate, such as a tamp pad, air filter regulator, photocell and test button. It also offers flexibility so the labels can be applied from the top, bottom or sides and at any rotation angled required. There are so many great features to the APLE4 and these include application flexibility, labelling in motion, easy maintenance, security, emulation technology, optional accessories available and is ready to go.
