The Bixolon SLP-DX420 is a 4" direct thermal label and barcode printer. It has been designed for a wide range of applications including mission critical barcode labelling requirements such as 2D, Maxicode, PDF417, QR Code and Data Matrix applications. The SLP-DX420 also offers Auto cutter or Peeler options. The SLP-DX420 is capable of producing labels at a high printing speed of 178mm/second (7ips) and with a high quality print resolution of 203dpi.

The SLP-DX420 boasts other great features such as, the All-in-one interface, with Serial, Parallel & USB as standard and optional Serial, USB, Ethernet & WLAN, it is fully compatible with market-leading programming languages such as SLCS, BPL-Z, and BPL-E, it has Bixolon's label printer intelligence with Smart Media Detection that can automatically detect label and receipt media types and BIXOLON Label Artist, which is a free-of-charge label customisation software that supports database connection as well as text, drawing lines and boxes alongside a range of graphics and 1D/2D barcode printing.
