The new MINI-CAT+ (MC+) combines the handy size of our Mini Rewinders and the functionality of our Heavy-Duty Rewinders (CAT). The MINI-CAT+ consists of the MC-11+ and the MC-10+. Neither of these models are intended to replace the MC-11 and the MC-10, they are actually an addition to the MINI-CAT range, to give customers a wider choice in accordance with their specific needs.

Description:

These low-price label rewinders are the worlds most popular and they are capable of rewinding label rolls up to 125mm wide (115 mm for MC-11+) and up to 220 mm in diameter at speeds up to 50 cm/sec. The MC-10+ has a 76mm diameter vane style core holder and has a 'coreless rewind' feature included so you can use this to rewind directly on-shaft. Included with the MC-11+ is a precision-crafted Adjustable Core Holder, this can adjust in seconds to accept any core diameter from 25- to 101-mm. A special motor that has been designed specifically for the MINI-CATs+ allows for bi-directional operation and trouble-free performance. Whilst on the standard MC the amount of rewind speed/torque is controlled from a power adaptor, the MC+ have a build-in potentiometer that conveniently controls the amount of rewind speed/torque. The External Control is now standard on MC+ and allows the printer to control the rewinder, where as on the regular MC this was an optional. There are several manufacturers that offer the necessary signal, this will allow the printer to activate the rewinder only when printing or feeding forward. It also features a unique direct drive motor technology, this scheme allows the printer to back-feed without resistance from the rewinder.
