The Labelmate UCAT Series are Unpowered and Powered Unwinders. All models within this series are bi-directional, there are a wide range of models available, and for the powered models they have a speed up to 125cm/sec. Label unwinders are a convenient way to manage your supply roll of labels as it feeds into a printer. To minimise your label cost, you can use larger rolls of labels and why not choose a model with a 'Quick-Chuck' Core Holder for the most convenient mounting and removal of label rolls and cores possible.

UCAT-S Heavy-Duty Unpowered Label Unwinders: This is the world's least expensive professional Unwinder. It is unpowered and now has an adjustable 'wearless' brake. The UCAT-S accepts up to 300mm diameter rolls and up to 155mm width, 76mm core holder as standard. UCAT-1 Heavy-Duty Unpowered Label Unwinders: The UCAT-1 is the classic LABELMATE Unwinder with Adjustable Speed-Proportional Braking. It has a roll diameter of up to 300mm, a label width of 155mm and a core of 76mm. Optional 255mm width and a 25mm to 101mm Adjustable Core Holder are available. UCAT-3 Heavy-Duty Powered Label Unwinders: This is a powered Unwinder that automatically tracks label usage and provides powered label feed at speeds up to 76cm /sec. The UCAT-3 accepts standard 76mm cores and rolls up to 300mm in diameter. A 255mm width is available. The UCAT-3 can also be used as a full-featured Label Rewinder without any special setup. LABELMATE's renowned Constant Adjustable TorqueTM control system allows precise adjustment of feed speeds and rewind torque. External STOP / RUN Input included. UCAT-40 Heavy-Duty Powered Label Unwinders: The UCAT-40 is also a powered Unwinder like the UCAT-3, the difference with this one is its impressive 40cm roll diameter capacity. Supplied with LABELMATE's 76mm 'Quick-Chuck', the UCAT-40 gives you the ultimate label Unwinder for volume production.
