The Magicard Rio Pro is a single or double sided card printer, that delivers on high-speed, high-security HoloKote watermark ID cards and badges. This printer is capable of Single or double-sided printing, Magnetic stripe, combi, contact or contactless encoding and producing over 10,000 cards per year. The Rio Pro comes with USB and Ethernet interfaces which are complemented with a Microsoftcertified plug & play driver and also features a clear 4-line display that provides intelligent user information and interaction.

Description:

The Magicard Rio Pro is the industries standard for high volume and high-speed ID card printing, with excellent print quality that is secured with a unique custom watermark and multiple smart card encoding options. Designed and built for heavy use, this fast, reliable print engine can produce more than 150 high quality, secure, full colour cards per hour. All Magicard printers include HoloKote that is a patented technology that frosts a secure watermark onto the card's surface during printing. You also have the option to customise the watermark to your organisation's unique logo or security design. There are a range of card encoding devices that the Magicard Rio Pro can be equipped with to be able to write secure electronic data to cards at the point of issuance. These smart card coding options include contact chip, MIFARE, DESFire and iClass. The Rio Pro can also be supplied with a magnetic stripe encoder built-in.
