The Opticon M-10 is an omni-directional presentation scanner that can scan all barcodes no matter how they are presented in front of the scanner. This could be upside down, downside up, either way its not a problem for this presentation scanner. The M-10 offers a high performance 2D CMOS Imager which allows the scanner to be used in the hand or traditionally on a desk with its adjustable built-in stand, which makes the scanning angle easily adaptable to the working environment.

Because of its impressive design, ease of use and excellent price-performance ratio, the M-10 is the ideal solution for point-of sales (POS) check-out applications, reading barcodes from mobile phones in mobile marketing applications and document handling within banks and post offices. The M-10 is a unique product in Opticon's range and can be triggered manually or automatically, with a maximum scanning speed of 60 fps. With an IP52 rating, this scanner is durable and has a drop resistance of 1.5 metres upon concrete. It also uses USB communication and its black colour makes it suitable for any counter.
