The RS-2006 combines the mobility of a Companion Scanner with the hand-free option of a Cabled Scanner. Description:

The RS-2006 features an adjustable strap allowing the user to move the scanner into the right position on their finger, making sure their thumb can reach the trigger button. Once set up and ready to go, the scanner can scan any 1D barcode with a single thumb movement. This type of scanner allows you to be hands free to carry out any application and its adjustable strap means the scanner can be worn on the left or right hand. To ensure rapid real-time data transfer to any system, the RS-2006 has Bluetooth 4.0 and Bluetooth Low Energy, but if connection can't be made, it will all be stored in the ring until coonection is established. The RS-2006 is extremely lightweight weighing just 42 grams and can withstand drops to concrete from 1.5 metres. It is capable of scanning all 1D barcodes and can connect to any device such as Windows, Android, Apple or Blackberry. The RS-2006 has been designed to be simple and straightforward to use. It has one button to be able to scan the barcode and one button to be able to correct any mistakes made, both actions provide visual feedback for smooth interaction.
