The QLn220 is ideal for both Retail and Healthcare industries, designed with a tempered-glass display and rubber-infused over-moulding making it even more durable. The QLn220 is perfect for printing shelf-edge labels, markdown labels, price labels and tags, as well as bedside specimen labels and pharmacy labels. The easy to use design, means less training time is required and more productivity and efficiency is produced. With a larger, high resolution screen making the display easier to read, it's lighter and small design makes it easier to carry and store. To prevent users from being stuck with no printer in the middle of a shift and to avoid downtime, the QLn220 enables proactive maintenance by displaying printer alert messages, smart battery charge and health status, printhead-cleaning reminders and how-to messages. This will avoid unnecessary costs of sending the printer away to be serviced, as many of the issues can be remotely diagnosed and resolved over an Ethernet connection. This will also include diagnosing firmware updates, configuration changes and adding new fonts or graphics.
