The Zebra ZXP Series 9 produces photo-quality ID cards suitable for any card application, these applications include high-security ID cards, gift card programs, university IDs, driver's licenses, financial cards and more. The dual-sided lamination can be used to increase the durability of your card and protect it against fading or scratches. There is a six-line LCD screen that displays information about the printer and can be controlled via three buttons placed below it. The ZXP Series 9 uses dye sublimation and thermal transfer processes to achieve 304 dpi colour images. It first places the image onto a transfer film and then transfers that image onto the ID card, allowing for efficient printing that retains image quality.
